Our family business practice is provided as a compliment to our other practice areas.

We have several packages to keep families out of conflict, hopefully, when dealing with passing down assets whether from death or divorce or some other mechanism (like a gift or generation skipping trust). Most families don’t want their assets to go through the court process upon death, but do want to guarantee their minor children are well cared for no matter what, that their health care wishes are honored, and their loved ones are able to access their assets if they become incapacitated.  We can guide you on preparing the necessary documents whether it’s a will, trust, health care power of attorney or directive, and protection plans for your children. We’ve got your family covered.  Our packages range from $2,000-8,000 depending on the level.
